How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that jewelry and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, South Moon Under only ships to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to international customers in the near future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking information. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
